Move In Process

STEP 1: REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

Tenants are to visit the Community Office to process their Move-in or they may process everything via email by sending the required documents to the designated Community E-mail:

  • Marina Square: wecare@orionteki.com
  • City of Lights: wecare@orionteki.com

The following documents are required:

  • Tenancy contract (if tenant) or Copy of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) (if owner)
  • Emirates I.D. and valid passport copy with visa page
  • ADDC Account Transfer Letter of the Owner or proof that ADDC has been transferred to the account of the Owner
  • ADDC Account Closing Letter of the previous tenant

New Unit Owners will have to personally visit the Community Office for New Owner’s Registration.

STEP 2: TAWTHEEQ REGISTRATION

Make a payment for Tawtheeq Registration (AED 750) by card to the cashier at the Community Office or transfer payment to the below bank account:

STEP 3: PROVIDE MOVE-IN DOCUMENTS

Give to the reception or send back by email the following completed documents:

  • Proof of Tawtheeq Payment
  • Tenant Registration Form
  • Letter of Indemnity Form
  • District Cooling Agreement Form

For new tenants, original Emirates I.D. will be required for scanning for the purpose of Tawtheeq. Tawtheeq registration will be processed within 48 hours and will be provided to you via email.

STEP 4: CHILLED WATER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Upon completion of Step 4, kindly proceed to Paragon Mall to complete your Chilled Water Account Registration at OrionTEK kiosk and to collect your Move-in Form.

STEP 5: PAYMENT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

A card payment of AED 1,500 (for residential units) is required as Refundable Security Deposit towards your Chilled Water Account to complete your registration. Other rates apply for non-residential units.
