Obtain a NO OBJECTION from the landlord and send together with the completed forms above and copy of your Emirates ID to the designated e-mail for each Community:
No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be issued along with the Permission to Move-out Form if the Security Deposit is sufficient to cover the outstanding balance.
*OrionTEK will send your Final Bill to your provided email address within 72 hours after your move-out date.
*Refund of your security deposit (if any) shall be available within 15 working days from the date of clearance letter issuance.
Provide a copy of your ADDC Account Closing Letter to your landlord as part of your apartment clearance handover.
*To disconnect your ADDC account, Customer calls ADDC at 800 2332 to request for final bill and account closure
Tawtheeq closure will be processed and sent to you via e-mail upon completing Step 4.
Visit our Community Office or inform us through e-mail at least 5 working days before your scheduled move-out and you will receive the Final Bill Request Form to be filled out completely.
Obtain a move-out approval from the landlord. This approval may be in the form of a letter duly signed by the landlord or via email sent through the landlord’s registered email address. Send this together with the completed Final Bill Request Form and a copy of your Emirates ID to wecare@orionteki.com
No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be issued along with the Permission to Move-out Form if the outstanding balance after the most recent billing has been settled completely. The security deposit shall be applied to the final bill.
*OrionTEK will send your Final Bill to your provided email address within 72 hours after your move-out date.
*Refund of your security deposit (if any) shall be available within 15 working days from the date of clearance letter issuance.
